Hi, I am Anant Kumar.
I am an educator, a tinkerer, lifelong learner, and data science enthusiast. With over 18 years of experience as a private educator specializing in Mathematics and Physics, I run Anant Kumar Classes, where I mentor students preparing for the rigorous IITJEE exams. My teaching philosophy revolves around building a deep, intuitive understanding of complex scientific concepts. I am passionate about making learning engaging and accessible, and I strive to create content that inspires curiosity and fosters a love for learning.
My academic journey is a blend of traditional engineering and modern data science. I completed four years of undergraduate coursework in Electrical Engineering at IIT Kanpur (2000–2004) and am currently pursuing a BS in Data Science and Applications at IIT Madras, with an expected graduation in December 2026. At IIT Madras, I actively contribute to the academic community as a Teaching Assistant for Machine Learning Foundations and Maths II for Electronics, and as a Student Mentor for Mathematics I.

- AI & Coding for Students: Making artificial intelligence and programming accessible and engaging for high school audiences.
- Tech in Education: My experiences building offline LLMs, utilizing LaTeX and Python, and creating high-quality educational videos.
My goal is to make learning accessible, visual, and engaging. Thank you for stopping by!
